ENLITE- ENvironmentally LITErate youth through an interdisciplinary intervention.
Το έργο υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας «Ελλάδα 2.0», με τη χρηματοδότηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης – NextGenerationEU (Φορέας Υλοποίησης: ΕΛ.ΙΔ.Ε.Κ.).
The present project aims to promote climate awareness in students aged between 12-14 years old through Physical Education lesson. For that purpose, we will create an activity-based educational program, to nurture school students with a more friendly environmental identity and to adopt habits intertwined with climate neutrality and sustainable living.
The University of Thessaly research group will develop a series of innovative courses and educational material that will combine the subject of Physical Education lesson with the knowledge and skills about the environment mainly about renewable sources of energy and their positive effects on climate change and sustainability but also the effect of physical activity on the environment.

Professor Nikos Comoutos was invited speaker in the national congress of TASPA-Tailand Applied Sport Psychology Association. This was the first international presentation of ENLITE project.
